Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.

Where We Ship

We currently ship worldwide. However, some remote locations and P.O. boxes may experience longer delivery times. If we're unable to ship to your location, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at evandickens2026@outlook.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
  • Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received should be reported within 7 days so we can file a claim.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may have restrictions on international shipping due to battery regulations (e.g., electronic items with lithium batteries). We'll notify you if your order is affected.
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Changes to Your Order

Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes are no longer possible.
